[Monday Jun 27th, 05 at 12:43am] I absolutly LOVE it when my daughter feeds. Yeah, I breastfeed. I am - in essence - a cow. ;) Sometimes, when she feeds, she fights my boob. She beats at it (her lil' stubby arms ... hee), she bites, she screeches, she makes faces at me, and when she finally latches on, she falls asleep after 10 minutes. I really gotta take my camera when she feeds. It's hilarious, really. Tomorrow, I take lots of pics of her modelling her new clothes. All Pooh-bear henious stuff, but, I will take pics anyway. It looks cute on her. :D I will also take pics of the stuff her grandpa (Dwayne) bought for her. Lotsa picspam. Tomorrow. Yeah. I also want to say something: I breastfeed (I am a self-proclaimed boob-nazi - KILL FORMULA) >). I co-sleep. If she was a boy, I would've circumsized him. [Wednesday Jun 22nd, 05 at 11:20pm] This evening, my lovely daughter decided to fuss. I picked her up, rocked her, she still fussed. I tried to feed her, nothing doing. I took her to the living room to see her daddy. She then puked all over my shirt. She then proceeded to fall asleep. I even managed to change her shirt without her waking up (she's sleeps like a friggin' rock). That was my day. ;) 2 Pokes x Poke the Kitty

[Friday Jun 17th, 05 at 6:09pm] [ mood | not so good. ] The joys of being a mom... I was going to go out to Val's bridal shower, but, I think Crystal is sick. :\ I was changing her, and she decided to poop on me (oh joy). The poop was pretty runny and had a bit of a stronger smell to it. I don't know if I should worry about it. But, if it happens again, I am going to take her in. Also, she has diaper rash. It's red. There's also raised spots, almost like little pimples on her labia and bum. Is that normal? She's still eating pretty good, so, I am not worried too badly about that. I'm going to try and stop by Val's later on tonight, to drop off her shower gift. 3 Pokes x Poke the Kitty

[Wednesday Jun 15th, 05 at 11:23pm] I just gave her a bath. Her 3rd one since birth. I've been scared to bathe her every single day. So, everyday, usually right after a diaper-change, I wipe her down with a warm cloth (no soap). Is that still hygenic, or can she get sick? She hates baths. She was screeching at me the entire time. I'd try the sponge-bath approach today, she hated that. She screeched a little quieter when I put her in the water. She absolutly loves it when I wash her hair. She quieted right down, and started sucking on my shirt. Hee hee. Now she smells sexy, and ready for her busy day tomorrow. I am taking her downtown. There will be pics. :D Today, I bought breast-pads and a nipple shield. Yey. I need to buy a diaper bag. Some dumb fuck stole mine while I was in emergency. I guess they were that desperate for newborn diapers and wipes. Heh. I love my daughter. Oh God, you will never know how much I do. :) Possibly even more than Greg! :O Well, definitely more than Greg, but he fares a close second. [Sunday Jun 12th, 05 at 2:30am] Well, she is really good now. No jaundice. Pees and Poops like no tomorrow. However, my nipple is slightly cracked, from a poor latch earlier on.
